**Please be sure to reread the policy manual if you are a returning vendor, we have made some changes as of March 1, 2023**

Let us know if you have any questions or concerns. If you’re a returning vendor or a prospecting vendor, please try to attend our yearly meeting or watch a recording of it (see below). Our software does a wonderful job providing training videos and manuals, and should be the first place vendors consult when trying to solve a problem; however, we are happy to assist in the proccess.

Before selling products through the Food Hub, all vendors must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Vendor Checklist:

1. If you are a vendor you may attend the upcoming meeting or review last year’s presentation:

2. Download and read the Policy & Agreement Manual

3. Complete our 2024 Online Application & Vendor Agreement Form

4. Become fluent in and comply with current county, state and federal food safety requirements for product categories, as outlined.

5. Pay yearly membership fee of $40, online here
Memberships are valid per calendar year (ie. 2020, 2021).

6. Provide the Food Hub with scanned or photographed copies of any permitting, insurance, food worker card, or documentation required for certain products, as outlined in the Policy Manual. Email copies to alaskafoodhub@inletkeeper.org

7. Print, sign and return the W-9 Form

8. Two photos for your online profile, related to your business (ie. a photo of yourself and a photo of your farm would be appropriate) – email jpg files to alaskafoodhub@inletkeeper.org (these will be cropped to square format)

OPTIONAL: Copy of Business license, if you have one, and any certifications you might have

Final Step: Setting up your “Virtual Booth”

  • After you complete the steps above and are a new vendor, signup for an account with our software, Alaska Food Hub Online Marketplace

  • Please email alaskafoodhub@inletkeeper.org and confirm this step has been completed- we can then set up your vendor profile and get you on your way with training

  • Get stuck? Follow this Vendor CHECKLIST

  • Sign in and review all training manuals and videos, found under the big question mark, located at the top right of screen.

  • Try setting up your profile and adding products: follow instructions on how by watching the videos and consulting the user manual.

  • Note: If you have already created your account, it will be approved upon receiving your documentation, application, and vendor fee.
